JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Location: Hale, Cheshire
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, variable shifts including some weekends (5 days a week)
Salary: Competitive, reflecting your skills and experience

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and uphold spa and treatment standards, implementing training as necessary.
  • Support the Spa Manager in daily tasks and driving team performance.
  • Deliver exceptional treatments and host spa guests with the utmost professionalism.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to brand standards and ensure compliance.
  • Manage ordering and stock taking.
  • Handle client bookings and phone inquiries.
  • Achieve treatment and retail targets.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of our brands.
  • Conduct team training and inductions.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

The successful applicant will have/be:

  • Specific experience in a spa/health club environment.
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy or equivalent.
  • Training in ESPA products and treatments or similar
  • Impeccable attention to detail with a strong customer service background.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Natural leadership qualities.
