About the Division:

Finance at THG is a rapidly growing and evolving team, covering all areas of finance from central functions such as accounts receivable and payable, treasury, tax and internal audit, to specific commercial teams for each of our divisions; Beauty, Tech, Consumer, Health and Brands. As the business expands and takes on new challenges in the form of acquired businesses or new ventures, finance is there to support every step of the way, leading to dynamic and challenging roles – no two days are the same! Common characteristics among our team are the ability to drive change, adaptability and resourcefulness, to ensure we can keep pace with the business, without compromising on financial control or sales performance.

About the Role:

Responsibilities compromise of (but not limited to);

  • Calculation and posting of Revenues
  • Manage Clients P&Ls including Compilation, distribution and client queries
  • Oversea Client Billing and associated income balance sheets
  • Control of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Overheads of the given division
  • Weekly forecasting
  • Providing financial information to stakeholders as and when required
  • Lead the divisional audit
  • Providing regular reporting, as well as actioning ad hoc requests
  • Understanding current controls around month end and year end, and looking at ways to improve them
  • Acting as the bridge between finance and the commercial teams of the division
  • Supporting budget creating
  • Improving existing reporting and models from across the team


  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment
  • Prior knowledge of using excel and finance systems
  • Has the ability to learn quickly and take proactive approaches to their work.
  • Planning and organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hands-on approach

This role will be based out of our Manchester Airport offices. Whilst we do offer hybrid working, you would be required to attend the office at least 3 days a week.
