Whether one chooses to subscribe to our exclusively curated limited edition box or wants to opt for the monthly box subscription, our customers always receive selected beauty products delivered straight to their door - from well-known brands to exciting, upcoming brands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, hard-working team at stage of fast growth. We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Account Manager DACH to join our team to lead our next stage of growth.

 

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Campaign Marketing, the Account Executive is responsible for the After Sales communication with B2B beauty brands and the internal coordination of Marketing Services for the brands. As part of your role you will be expected to collect product information from B2B partners, coordinate and implement all marketing services for the B2B partners including brand presence on the website, online and offline activities (e.g. print magazine, social media features, newsletter, online blog and much more), as well as the elaboration and preparation of market research (customer insights). We are proud to be an influential brand, and ensuring we use subscriber data to inform all our decisions is key. You will also be responsible for the creation of final campaign presentations (visualization and evaluation of marketing services). On top of that the processing and coordination of goods deliveries (in close cooperation with the international logistics team) will be part of your role. We expect the Account Manager to work in synergy with the rest of the campaign management, marketing and sourcing teams and offering support to other teams where needed. You will be expected to be professional and courteous at all times. Our aim is to be the most trusted beauty box brand – for B2B partners and our Glossy subscribers. This role is located in Berlin, Germany.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all After Sales communication with B2B beauty brands
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • In-time coordination of goods deliveries from B2B partners to warehouse
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with marketing team, brief product pages that provide relevant product information
  • Ensure the GLOSSYBOX services for B2B brands are realised on site and across all online marketing channels
  • Set up customer surveys in CMS backend
  • Review competitor activity and analysing trends to ensure we are in a strong market position
  • Analyse campaign data and prepare feedback presentations for brands

 

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in the e-commerce industry
  • A genuine interest in beauty
  • Good project management, planning and organization skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
  • Analytical mindset, structured approach to problem solving, independent way of working
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English required
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to analyze data and drawing recommendations based on data insights
  • Have a pulse on industry trends and culture
  • Have a "no task is too small" attitude and enjoys a fast-paced environment
